When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of your products and the delivery (Offered) requires a delay of 10 to 15 working days maximum. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible in order to satisfy you as much as possible.

If your order contains several items, we will potentially send the products separately, depending on available stocks and the geographical location of the shipping warehouse. Rest assured, your package will arrive as soon as possible.

I did not receive my order

A problem with our carrier or the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?

With our secure delivery, My Wall Clock takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our Customers is our priority. We never return the fault to the carrier by leaving you "to fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by sending you back as soon as possible a new package containing the product(s) ordered at our expense.

Cancellation & Return

Can I change my order?

Yes the order modification is possible. As long as your order is not displayed as "in process".

Can I cancel my order?

It is indeed possible to cancel your order. However, if your order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I would like to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict systematic quality controls before each shipment. However, if your items present any manufacturing defect, please send us some pictures of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible) to info@my-wall-clock.com with your order number. To benefit from the return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Can I cumulate my discount coupons?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

I received an import tax

Our products do not require import taxes, however in the contrary case :

My Wall Clock is shipping its products all over the world in all legality, however, the buyer is responsible for import taxes in his country, we decline all responsibility.
