The Website is owned and operated by PFORTRESS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong (CR No. 79703976).

3. Orders

3.1. Placing an Order: By placing an Order on the Website, the Customer agrees to purchase the selected Product(s) at the price indicated, excluding any applicable import taxes or customs duties which remain the Customer's responsibility.

3.2. Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of an Order, we will send an email confirmation to the Customer. This confirmation email will include the details of the Order, such as the Product(s) ordered and the price.

3.3. Order Cancellation: We begin processing orders rapidly to ensure fast dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped by our fulfillment facilities, it can no longer be canceled. The Customer will instead need to receive the item and initiate a standard return. We reserve the right to cancel any Order for any reason, including unavailability of Product(s), errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an Order, we will provide a full refund.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

4.1. Pricing: The prices of the Product(s) listed on the Website are in the currency specified. We reserve the right to change the prices of the Product(s) at any time without prior notice.

4.2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Because we ship globally from various international warehouses, prices displayed on our Website do not include import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees. The Customer is solely responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance in their destination country.

4.3. Payment: Payment for Orders must be made through the payment methods available on the Website. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order if payment is not received or if payment information is inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Times: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Product(s) within our estimated timeframe of 10-12 business days (after a 48-72 hour processing time). However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control (such as customs delays), and we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

5.2. Shipping Information: The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We will not be liable for any delays, lost packages, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged Product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. The Customer must contact us before returning an item to receive the correct warehouse return address.

6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned Product(s) are received and inspected at our authorized facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Warranty

7.1. Warranty Period: We provide a 30-day warranty on all Product(s) purchased from the Website, starting from the date of delivery.

7.2. Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use upon arrival. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repairs by the Customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFORTRESS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Product(s), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
